Where do you work?
Entropy Physiotherapy and Wellness in Chicago, IL.
How long is your commute?
Between 1200 and 1600 steps according to my FitBit, about 1 mile according to Google Maps.
What is your preferred mode of active transportation?
Walking or the CTA
How long have you been active commuting?
Just over 3 years. When we were choosing the location for Entropy, I really wanted it to be walking distance from my home.
Why is movement important to you?
Because movement is the best medicine! I’m amazed at the difference in how I feel, in my body and in my head, if I don’t get to work in some movement. Walks to work, yoga or kettle bell (#ThanksNate) classes at Entropy, dance class…they all make me happier and more pleasant to be around!!
Thanks for sharing your story, Sarah! Stay awesome!
