Today we meet Amy Pakula PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT of Momentum Physical Therapy in Bozeman, MT. Thanks for sharing your story, Amy!
How long is your commute to work
0.7 miles or about 4 minutes on my bike
What is your preferred mode of active transportation?
My trusty commuter bike, I’ve had it since I was 15!
How long have you been active commuting?
About a year and a half, I purposely picked an office location that was in a central location and close to home.
Why is movement important to you?
Movement is the solution to some of the greatest public health problems of the 21st century! As physical therapists we are setting an example for our patients and our communities. Move more, feel better.

Please join Amy and others who are committed to reducing the burden of chronic disease here in the United States by MOVING to get to work! Share your commitment with the #M2WM hashtag!
