There are 3 different ways you can personally participate in the FTY Effort:

  1. Ride — THIS is what we really want! It’s what’s going to help us break the record and get the kind of attention chronic disease prevention through better movement deserves
  2. Virtual Ride — OK, not everyone can get to the route….that doesn’t mean you should skip out.  Join the virtual ride and get a t-shirt.  More details soon on how to log miles.
  3. Donate some tailwind — can’t get involved but want to play a role? You can.  Make a $10 donation and generate the kind of tailwind that makes things go smooth.
