- Ride — THIS is what we really want! It’s what’s going to help us break the record and get the kind of attention chronic disease prevention through better movement deserves
- Virtual Ride — OK, not everyone can get to the route….that doesn’t mean you should skip out. Join the virtual ride and get a t-shirt. More details soon on how to log miles.
- Donate some tailwind — can’t get involved but want to play a role? You can. Make a $10 donation and generate the kind of tailwind that makes things go smooth.
